This week, let’s celebrate you! We want you to find ways to reward yourself without turning to food or spending money. Dedicate at least two hours to yourself. Do something you don’t normally do — something that makes you happy. Read a book, take a bike ride, go for a hike, or call someone you love and tell them what you’ve achieved so far.
Post a photo or a video of your chosen act of self-love. Use the hashtags #8fitChallenge and #8fit in the caption. We’ll select 1 random winner for the weekly 8fit prize pack from photos shared starting at 12:01 am PST May 28, 2018, and ending at 11:59 pm PST June 3, 2018. Winner announced June 4, 2018!
