Make healthy choices in the kitchen
Now that you’ve found healthy, alternative ways to move through your day, it’s time to talk about finding healthy alternatives in the kitchen. Some of our recommendations are:
- Instead of soda, reach for water
- Instead of dessert, choose greek yogurt & fruit or some high-quality dark chocolate
- You don’t have to eliminate pasta, but try nutritious zucchini noodles instead
