Week 4: Don’t Let Cravings Get the Best of You

Why the 21-day mark is important
It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. You’ve come this far, so you’re well on your way to making “healthy” a habit. Now that you’ve emptied out your pantry and rid yourself of any temptations, let’s look at understanding your cravings.
For the next 5 days, keep a food journal. When you have a craving, note your mood then, what you do about it, and how you feel after you’ve dealt with your craving. No judgment. You can find a printable journal in your 8fit Success Guide. Post a photo or video of how you plan to combat your cravings (e.g. a healthier meal or exercise). Remember to tag #8fitChallenge and #8fit in the caption.
