It’s week three. Your goals are set, you’ve started to learn a little more about nutrition and you’re getting healthier with each passing day. If this is your first week of the challenge, catch up here:
This isn’t any detox. It’s a detox of the body, mind and spirit too. Not only will you start to focus more on fueling your body with natural, wholesome foods, but you’ll also start detox from negative thoughts. Focus your attention on how healthy foods and exercise make you feel. Then, make sure you fill your life with supportive people who make you smile, who hold you accountable on this transformation journey.
This week’s challenge
Clear your pantry of any unhealthy temptations (chips, chocolate, etc.). Take a photo of the pile of temptations, then donate them to friends, family, coworkers, or the homeless. Tag #8fitChallenge and #8fit in the caption of your photo.
