If you signed up for the 8fit Challenge, welcome! We’re thrilled that you decided to join the 8fit community and take the first steps towards living a healthier, happier life. If you haven’t registered for the challenge yet, join here. The challenge officially begins April 9 and you have until May 4 to register.
Here is what you can expect
- Monday: Weekly challenges, tips and other important updates via email. These will also be posted to our @8fit Instagram page, so stay tuned there too!
- Thursday: Weekly workouts live on Facebook and Instagram. Do them at 12pm EST with us, or via on-demand video later!
- Friday: Check your inbox for some light weekend reading. We’ll send fitness and nutrition tips to help keep you motivated.
Mark your official start
To finalize your entry into the challenge, send your three “before” photos (front, side, back) to transformation+[your Instagram handle]@8fit.com (example: firstname.lastname@example.org). For photo pointers and other healthy tips, we created the 8fit Challenge Success Guide for you to refer to now and throughout the challenge.
