It’s time to celebrate the moms, mums, mommys, mamas, mas and madres out there!

While there are many ways to show your love and appreciation for the moms in your life, we highly recommend bonding over a delicious, nutritious meal. Host a Mother’s Day brunch – or make her breakfast-in-bed – with some of these healthy – and dare we say scrumptious – 8fit meals and smoothies.

We suggest selecting one sweet, one savory and one smoothie option from the menu below. Choose what your momma (or mommas) will like best. You’ll find each recipe in your 8fit recipe book and you can adjust the serving size there if you’re cooking for more than one.

Healthy, sweet brunch recipes

If you’re planning a brunch for a few guests, we recommend doing some meal prep ahead of time. An easy recipe to prep the night before is overnight oats. Give our Carrot Cake Overnight Oats or our Salted Date and Espresso Overnight Oats a go. If mom isn’t into oats, make 8fit’s simple Chocolate Cherry Parfait or Banana & Almond Yogurt on Bread right before brunch starts.

Savory brunch menu ideas
