  • 15 almonds

    Alternative: hazelnuts

  • ¼ cups rolled oats (uncooked)

  • ½ cups Greek yogurt, plain (low-fat)

    Alternative: cottage cheese (low fat)

  • 1 apple

    Alternative: pear

  • Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Wash the apple, remove core, cut apple into cubes and put it into a bowl.

  2. Add all the other ingredients (rolled oats, greek yogurt and almonds) to the bowl and mix.

  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy your breakfast!
