  • 1½ tsp protein powder

  • ¼ cups strawberries

    Alternative: berries, any kind (frozen or fresh)

  • ½ banana

  • 1¼ tsp peanut butter (plain, without added sugar)

    Alternative: almond butter (plain, without added sugar)

  • ¾ tsp raw cocoa powder

    Alternative: cinnamon

  • ½ cups Greek yogurt, plain (full-fat)

Directions

  1. Wash and remove stems of strawberries. Peel banana.

  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
