  • 2 tsp olive oil (extra virgin)

    Alternative: canola oil (cold pressed)

  • ½ avocado

    Alternative: hummus

  • 3½ oz tuna (canned in water)

    Alternative: salmon (canned in water)

  • ½ bell peppers (any color)

    Alternative: carrot

  • Optional: 1 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)

    Alternative: basil (dry)

  • Optional: a tiny bit of black pepper

  • Optional: a tiny bit of salt

  • Optional: 1½ tsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Slice avocado and pepper.

  2. Add with the tuna to a medium sized bowl.
