15 almonds
Alternative: hazelnuts
¼ cups rolled oats (uncooked)
½ cups Greek yogurt, plain (low-fat)
Alternative: cottage cheese (low fat)
1 apple
Alternative: pear
Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon
Directions
Wash the apple, remove core, cut apple into cubes and put it into a bowl.
Add all the other ingredients (rolled oats, greek yogurt and almonds) to the bowl and mix.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy your breakfast!
