1 cup frozen coconut yogurt

1 frozen banana

2 tbsp coconut milk

Chocolate Shell *optional*

1/2 tbsp coconut oil

1-2 tbsp dark cocoa powder

1 tbsp Coconut flakes


1. Blend all ingredients together for the smoothie bowl.

Cookies ‘N Cream Smoothie Bowl


2 Frozen Bananas

1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

Chunky Monkey Smoothie Bowl


Nice Cream (Serves 2)

4 frozen bananas

1/3 cup coconut milk

2 scoops Vanilla IdealFit Protein

Toppings *OPTIONAL*

4 tbsp chocolate chips

2 tbsp Walnuts

Chocolate Mug Cake (for topping):

1/4 cup oat flour

1 scoop Chocolate Brownie IdealFit Protein

1 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder

1 tbsp Peanut Butter (melted) or Coconut butter

1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 teaspoon baking soda INSTRUCTIONS
