February Challenges to Spread the Love
It’s February, a month dedicated to L.O.V.E. At 8fit we’re all about TLC and we don’t mean the 90’s R&B girl group.
With Valentine’s Day peeking its googly-eyed head around the corner, we want to express our l’amour, liebe, amor, agape to YOU, our inspiring community of 8fitters with two (yes, two!) challenges on social media this month.

Feb. 5-9: Self-love challenge
First up is 8fit’s 5 Days of Self-Love Challenge because, while bouquets of roses and heart-shaped boxes of chocolate are great, it all begins with you!
Starting February 5, check Instagram or Facebook for a new self-love activity. We’re going to challenge you to be kinder and more appreciative of none other than yourself. Leave a comment each day with your response and, by the end of the week — voilà — you’ll notice the positive effect on both your mood and health.
Spread the (self)love by tagging friends, chatting with other 8fitters, and smile knowing that we’re all in this together.
In the wise words of RuPaul, “If you can’t love yourself, how you gonna love anyone else? Can I get an Amen up in here?!”
Feb. 12-16: Dynamic duo challenge
During the week of Valentine’s Day, we’ll run a second 5-day challenge with a juicy reward.
Starting February 12, we’ll post one exercise per day on our Instagram story. Each exercise requires two people, so grab someone you love — be it a friend, your significant other, a sibling, a work colleague, or your kid and get moving.
So, what’s the big prize? You and your partner will both receive an Amazon Fresh gift card valued at $50 plus one free personal nutrition consultation with an 8fit nutritionist each.
Post a photo or video of you and your partner performing the exercise of the day on Instagram.
