If the title wasn’t a dead giveaway already, yes, this recipe has chicken, potatoes and peppers. The cut of chicken is skin-on, bone-in thighs which has a slightly higher fat content but more iron and healthy skin-and-joint protective collagen. Some other tasty ingredients include onions and olives, with seasonings like paprika, thyme, garlic powder, lemon and fresh parsley to add freshness. Simply preheat the over, prep the ingredients, then bake for 30-40 minutes. A meal that’s easy peasy and tasty too.
