We are proud to announce the official launch of the 8fit Podcast! At 8fit, we believe that knowledge is power. When you understand the what, why and how behind different fitness and nutrition habits, you’re better equipped to take action and progress towards your goals.
In each episode of this podcast series, 8fit coaches will share their fitness and nutrition expertise with you.
The inaugural episode, “Winter Motivation” our coach helps you find the motivation to workout in cold, winter months. Listen to learn a big motivation myth, how to beat a winter workout rut, and how to create an environment that fuels success.
What to expect
Our goal is to empower you to live a healthier, happier life and, in our opinion, it’s hard to feel empowered to take action when you feel overwhelmed. Just like our app, our podcast makes fitness and nutrition more approachable and engaging. We’ll focus on one topic at a time to avoid information-overload and give you time to digest and implement one healthy habit at a time. For example, in one podcast episode you might learn about muscle soreness and in another you might learn about the importance of fiber. From time-to-time, we’ll also share audio workouts to get you moving.
