I do not like an ingredient. I am allergic to an ingredient.

You can customize your meal plans in order to exclude specific items, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in and tap on ‘Meals’
  2. Tap on settings ⚙️ (top right corner)
  3. Select ‘Update my meal preferences’
  4. Select your type of diet and scroll down to “Customize your diet”
  5. Make the necessary exclusions
  6. Select the type of recipes you want
  7. Select how many meals you want per day (2 – 5)
  8. Choose the amount of recipe variation you would like
  9. Choose to regenerate your plan and replace the meal plan or not

Also, at the end of all recipes you can find a list of replacements for some of the ingredients that the meal includes.
