I can’t see the videos of the exercises!

If you can’t see the videos in which we are showing you how to perform all the exercises of the app, please make sure you have good internet connection, and preferably wifi.
You can also reload the app in order to make sure you are using the latest version of our app:
  1. Go to your profile screen
  2. Tap on the settings icon
  3. Tap ‘About this version’
  4. Tap ‘Reload app’

If the problem keeps persisting please reach us!

  3. Scroll down until you see ‘support’ and tap on it
