I believe that your health is your wealth. Start this journey for you, and focus on the inside – the outside will blossom naturally.
Tell us your Story
As a teenager, I struggled with my weight. Being half Mexican didn’t help, as I found myself surrounded by excellent food constantly! After years of yo-yo dieting and making excuses not to exercise, I joined a gym and was offered a free lesson from a personal trainer. This changed my life.
By learning how to train properly and effectively, and combining this with proper nutrition, I was able to transform into a fitter, healthier me. I stopped yo-yo dieting and focused on giving my body what it needed. Exercising became enjoyable. I felt great, and my whole outlook on life changed.
It was then that I decided that this positive change was something that I wanted to help others experience too. Having gone through the journey to find a healthy weight myself, I can really appreciate the struggle that people sometimes go through, and I want to share with others what I’ve learned firsthand really works and what helped me succeed. So now, I’m a level 3 qualified personal trainer, and I can help people find health every day.
I really do believe that anyone can feel amazing if they respect their body with the right food and exercise. Change starts today, and I’d love to help get you there!
3 words to describe yourself
What is your favorite exercise?
Definitely a squat. It’s such a great movement that recruits so many major muscles! Squats help you build core strength (which increases your stabilisation). They’re great for fat burning and toning up, and will also improve your functional movement. Need I say more?
