Alice studied at Loughborough University, which holds the title for leading in the field of sport science in the UK. After completing her studies, Alice continued her passion for fitness and nutrition and went on to gain a REPS level 3 certificate for personal training. Alice now specializes in weight and fat loss transformations, and has been helping people transform their lives in London for nearly two years.

My story

As a teenager, I had always struggled with my weight. Being half Mexican didn’t help either, as you find yourself surrounded by food constantly! After continuously yo-yo dieting and making excuses not to exercise, I found myself joining a gym and getting a free session from a personal trainer. This changed my life.

By learning how to train properly and effectively, and combining this with proper nutrition, I was able to transform myself into a fitter, healthier me.

I stopped yo-yo dieting and focused on giving my body what it needed and exercising became enjoyable. I felt great and my whole outlook on life changed. I then decided that this positive change was something that I wanted to help others with. Through experiencing what it is like to have that constant battle with your weight and coming out on the other side, I can share my experience on what really works.

Now I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer and I really do believe that anyone can feel amazing, if they respect their body with the right food and exercise.

What is your favorite exercise?

Definitely a squat. Such a great movement. Squats recruit so many muscles and burn fat while toning up.

Do you have a guilty pleasure?

Chocolate! I have a massive sweet tooth!

What is your favorite workout song?

“Show me” by Chris Brown.

What is you favorite food?

I love Mexican food, fresh fish, guacamole, and lots of lime and chili.

What are your life goals?

To be healthy, happy, and achieve things for me, not anyone else.
